1. Acceptance

By using Anchor: ADHD, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be 17 or older to use Anchor: ADHD.

3. Subscriptions

Anchor: ADHD offers subscriptions at $9.99/month or $59.99/year, each with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings.

4. Community Guidelines & Objectionable Content

Anchor: ADHD includes community features where users can post and comment. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using these features you agree not to post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, and not to abuse, harass, or bully other users.

You can report objectionable content and block abusive users directly within the app. We review reports and will remove objectionable content and eject abusive users within 24 hours. We also reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Anchor: ADHD is not a medical app and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for ADHD diagnosis and treatment.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
